HK and Macau Local Shipping

Any order over HK$800 is delivered free of charge to all locations except some areas that not accessible by courier company like SF Express and order under HK$800 have a HK$60 delivery fee.

Order will be shipped on next business day or the second next business day, for the orders placed before the cut-off time at 11:00 am from Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Orders received after 11:00 am will be processed on the next business day, and for the orders placed on Friday after 11:00 am will be treated as order received the following Monday. Normal delivery time takes 2-3 business days for delivery and for remote areas, outlying islands or Macau it may take up to 4-5 business days. Delivery time is an estimate only and may vary due to unforeseeable circumstances.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs if shipment is not delivered successfully due to wrong delivery address is provided.

International Shipping

Any order over HK$1,600 is delivered free of charge and order under HK$1,600 have HK$200 delivery fee.  Approx. conversion is US$1 = HK$7.825 for international shipping. We can also provide faster airmail service with additional post fee which starts from HK$300 based on your location. Delivery Time

In general, delivery time may take 5 - 10 business days for delivery to most destinations. And in extreme circumstances it may take 10 - 20 business days.  Delivery time is an estimation only and may vary due to unforeseeable circumstances.

ATC Online ships via Hong Kong Post or SF Express for majority of the destinations.

An email with a link to track the parcels is usually sent within 1 - 2 business days after order is placed.  Items are sent always via airmail and are trackable. 

Import Fee and Customs

Recipients of international shipments may be subject to Import Fees such as import taxes, fees, and customs duties that levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations are (among others):

• Product category and price
• Shipping costs and package weight
• Customs clearance channel
• Import taxes based on custom duty amounts

Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don't charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information. 

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.

We will do our best to follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection.

With any reason the package is seized by Customs officials, we will not issue any refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. You may be responsible for any return shipping charges, in accordance with your local regulations."

港澳本地運輸

凡港幣 800 元以上的訂單均可免費送貨至所有地點，但順豐速運等快遞公司無法到達的部分地區除外，港幣 800 元以下的訂單需支付港幣 60 元的送貨費。

週一至週五（假日除外）上午11:00截止時間前下單的訂單，將於下一個工作日或下一個工作日發貨。上午 11:00 後收到的訂單將在下一個工作日處理，週五上午 11:00 後收到的訂單將被視為下週一收到的訂單。正常送貨時間需要 2-3 個工作天送達，偏遠地區、離島或澳門可能需要 4-5 個工作天。交貨時間僅供參考，可能會因不可預見的情況而有所不同。

若因提供錯誤的送貨地址而導致貨物未能成功送達，則客戶需承擔運費。

國際運輸

凡滿港幣 1,600 元以上的訂單可免費送貨，低於港幣 1,600 元的訂單需支付港幣 200 元送貨費。 大約。國際運費換算為 1 美元 = 7.825 港元。我們也可以提供更快的航空郵件服務，但根據您所在的位置，需額外支付 300 港元起的郵寄費用。請透過 hello@sport-atc.com與我們的團隊聯繫。 運費和架構如有變更，恕不另行通知。
